Most of our products are shipped using eParcel International. You will be able to Track your item with the link we send to your email & also with your local postal service. Your local postal service is the geographical area delivery service in your country/region. Eg. USPS for USA, Royal Mail for UK, Auspost for AU.
Important: As stated above, "Fulfilment time" means the usual time it takes to print, pack and prepare your order. This is the time BEFORE your order is despatched. So please add these times on to the shipping time. As we stock such a large range of products… everything has a different "fulfilment" time which will impact the overall time it takes for you to receive your order.

"RETURN TO SENDER"
Important: Please Follow the tracking info we send you. If the customer is not home (or at work) to receive the parcel and it is taken back to the local post office and not collected within your local post offices allowed holding period, they will return your product back to us (which we have to pay for). So make sure you collect your parcel swiftly. If you don't the customer is responsible for paying a reshipment fee to have the product reshipped to you.
DUTIES AND TAXES
NZ: no import taxes.
There may be import fees for other countries and regions. International customers will be responsible for any duties,VAT, taxes or surcharges levied or charged by their country so please check with local authorities prior to placing your order to confirm taxes and duties.
What is Duty and Tax?
Tax is a compulsory charge levied by the government, and Customs Duty is charged on all products shipped from outside of the EU. Controlled by Customs, the purpose of Duty is to bring the cost of imported goods up to the same cost as those produced within the EU to keep competition fair.
Who is required to pay?
Legally, the person or business receiving the shipment is legally obliged to pay Duty unless the sender or a third party has agreed to accept these charges in the contract of sale. We are also unable to foresee or pay these from our end.
